We have a no refund or exchange policy since most of our products are made by order. Every little detail of the product measurements are mentioned in a size chart in the product page and if it’s not mentioned you can always contact us for any question on direct messages on instagram @Elle_byL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions
Specified requests such as length adjustments, special measurements is the customer responsibility, we will make the order based on your notes so if you receive the item and there is a mistake with the measurements that you provided we are not responsible and the item will not be returned or replaced or fixed.
